We have a strict no-refund policy after 24 hours of purchase. If you experience any issues within the first 24 hours after payment, please contact our support team immediately for assistance or refund consideration.

Domain registration fees are non-refundable as they represent costs we incur with domain registrars.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance whenever possible.

New server provisioning can take up to 6 hours to complete after payment processing.

7. Resource Usage

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services that consume excessive system resources or negatively impact other customers.

8. Content Restrictions

You agree not to use our services to store, distribute, or transmit any illegal content or material that violates third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove or disable any content that violates these terms.
