2. Refund Eligibility
We have a strict no-refund policy after 24 hours of purchase. We may consider refunds in the following circumstances:
- Service disruption due to technical issues on our end that persist for more than 48 consecutive hours
- Billing errors resulting in overcharging
- Service cancellation within the first 24 hours after purchase
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services and charges are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Domain registration fees
- SSL certificate purchases
- Setup fees
- Migration services
- Customization or professional services
- Add-on features purchased separately
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at billing@nexralink.com within 24 hours of your purchase
- Include your account details, the service purchased, and the reason for your refund request
- Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours
5. Refund Methods
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please note:
- Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Bank transfers may take 7-14 business days to process
- Alternative payment methods may have different processing times
6. Service Cancellation
Cancelling your service does not automatically qualify you for a refund. To cancel your service:
- Log in to your client dashboard
- Navigate to the "My Services" section
- Select the service you wish to cancel
- Click the "Cancel Service" button
- Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation
7. Pro-rated Refunds
In the rare cases where we issue refunds for ongoing services, the refund amount will be calculated on a pro-rated basis, based on the unused portion of the service period.
8. Service Credits
In some cases, we may offer service credits instead of monetary refunds. These credits can be applied to future service purchases or renewals and are valid for 12 months from the issue date.
9. Disputes
If you believe your refund request was incorrectly denied, please contact our billing department at billing@nexralink.com with details of your case for further review.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
