• RAM usage consistently exceeding allocated resources
• I/O operations that negatively impact server performance
• Running resource-intensive scripts without optimization
• Mining cryptocurrencies or other blockchain-related computations

4. Content Restrictions

You may not host content that:

• Promotes discrimination or hate speech based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
• Contains excessive violence or incites violence against any individual or group
• Contains sexually explicit material (unless you have verified that all participants are adults and have given consent)
• Infringes upon the privacy rights of any third party

5. Email Policies

If your hosting plan includes email services, you must:

• Comply with all anti-spam laws and regulations
• Include valid sender information in all communications
• Include a valid unsubscribe mechanism in all marketing emails
• Honor unsubscribe requests promptly

6. Security Requirements

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account and password
• Keeping your CMS, plugins, and scripts updated to the latest secure versions
• Promptly addressing any security vulnerabilities in your website or application
• Reporting any security breaches to Nexra Link immediately

7. Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor our network for compliance with this policy
• Investigate violations of this AUP
• Take appropriate action against violations, including immediate suspension or termination of services
• Report illegal activities to relevant law enforcement authorities
